Close to countdown and the motorway. Friendly and accommodating check-in staff, allowed for late arrival and late check-out. Aircon in the main living area. Balcony for fresh air. Clean and had necessary amenities. Handy location, close to Auckland CBD and Waiheke Island ferry terminal. Good variety of dining venues nearby. Newly renovated room, extremely clean. Staff were obliging with any requests. Great bench space. Central location, close to car hire, supermarket, mall, beach.

The hotel had excellent, fantastic location, we were close to a bus stop. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Pumphouse, nestled 1 mi of the property.

The hotel was in a handy and incredibly comfortable location, close to a bus stop. There was a lovely restaurant, a shopping mall and a supermarket next door. Loved television with satellite channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. There was comfortable bed & a luxurious bathroom.

I was happy with hotel's marvellous location in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were both tidy, immaculate, complete with big TV and Netflix and fast WiFi.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and TV with satellite channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. Good and ideal location, 15 minutes walk from Takapuna Beach beach.

location: the hotel was just off the takapuna shops as well as shopping centre and beach area. i was happy to find madam woo, it was at a short distance from the venue and served nice food.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting the Northshore hospital. The staff provide great service and are very helpful. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and furniture. I particularly enjoyed the spa bath in my room, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.

All in all, everything was okay and there is nothing major to improve.
